I am a self-proclaimed grief NERD!

I love to inspire, educate, validate and normalise grief, whenever I can… but mostly, I LOVE to connect with my audience on a deeper level.

I speak with vulnerability, passion and raw honesty, because I know that speaking my truth has the ability to bring hope to others.

There will be tears, there will be laughter, and you might be surprised at how openly I talk about some things (I surprise myself quite often too).

Apart from speaking to those who are grieving, I also speak at Educational Days for Health Professionals, Men’s or Women’s Health Week events, Workplaces, Cancer Support Groups and more.
